Robotic competitions

The Luxembourg Youth Robot Challenge, the only national robotics championship, which will select teams to represent the country on an international level, will be held on

at Lycée Technique d’Ettelbruck.

Check our webpage for more details. Anyone can participate!

In cooperation with VEX Robotics, Make it is organising the VEX Robotics Challenge in Luxembourg. This tournament is open for young talents from 14 to 18 years and includes interesting challenges using the VEX Robotics kit.

For more information, you can check our webpage lyrc.lu.

Since 2019, make it is actively supporting FIRST Global #TeamLuxembourg. In 2023, 3 youngsters and 2 mentors participated in the FIRST Global Challenge in Singapore. In 2022, the competition took place in Geneva, where our team was placed 67th of 180 participants.

Our #MakerBuzz brings the makerworld to your town. With the financial support by the FNR, we equip a mobile space for you to hire for your scientific events. Schools, companies and institutions which want to explore science in new ways are now able to hire the #MakerBuzz.

Robotics Makerspace

Opened in February 2020, Luxembourg’s first and only makerspace dedicated to robotics, has the primary mission to introduce robotics to amateurs at all levels.

Make it will offer regular trainings and workshops as well as offer a homebase for robotic teams, looking to prepare for competitions.

Check on our dedicated page for activities planned in our new space.
